About Maggie Phaneuf, REALTOR® – Plymouth Village Realtors
I’ve been a full-time REALTOR® with Plymouth Village Realtors for more than 20 years, helping buyers and sellers across Plymouth, Duxbury, Kingston, and the greater South Shore navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. With a deep background in sales and marketing and more than 25 years of living right here in Plymouth, real estate wasn’t just a career move for me. It was the natural next step.
As a longtime homeowner, a mother of three daughters, a do-it-yourself problem solver, and someone who values every minute of the day, I understand exactly how overwhelming buying or selling a home can feel. That is why my approach is rooted in preparation, market knowledge, smart strategy, and truly listening to what people want. It works, too. More than 90 percent of my business comes from repeat clients and word-of-mouth referrals from families I have guided through successful transactions.
I help first-time buyers learn the full process, from understanding market value to writing a strong offer. I also help empty-nesters and long-time homeowners sell with less stress, clear communication, and a marketing plan that showcases the true value of their property. My goal is simple. I want every client to feel confident, informed, and supported from the first conversation to the closing table.
A Little Life Beyond Real Estate
When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually outside. My husband and I have completed multiple Tough Mudders and Spartan races, including the Spartan Beast, and we have ridden the MS Cape Cod Getaway from Boston to Provincetown for more than a decade. I recently completed my second Spartan Beast alongside two of my daughters, which was an unforgettable moment for our family.
We are also Long Trail end-to-enders, with trail names “Just John” and “Eagle Eye.” It was hands down the toughest 273 miles of our lives and one of the best experiences we have ever had. We spend as much time as possible mountain biking, skiing the East and West, hiking any trail with a good view, cruising around town on our bikes, and hanging with our two rescue dogs, Ringo and Ruger.
If you want a REALTOR® who knows this market inside and out, works hard, tells it straight, and truly cares about the people she represents, I would love to help you get where you want to go.have been a Realtor with Plymouth Village for over 20 years. My extensive experience in Sales and Marketing, as well as my love for the town I have called “home” for more than 25 years, made real estate a natural fit.
As a mother of three girls, home owner, professional, do-it-yourself-er, and someone who enjoys getting outside as much as possible, I understand and respect the fact that time is a precious commodity. That is why preparation, market knowledge, organization and the ability to listen to my clients wants and needs is paramount to my success as a Realtor and why 90% of my business comes from positive referrals and successful transactions. From helping a first-time buyer learn the ins and outs of property search, understanding market value and making an offer, to orchestrating the specific marketing plan to help empty-nesters sell the family home without added stress and strife, I try to make all of my clients feel comfortable, confident and secure in the knowledge that I am working hard for them, in their best interest, every step of the way.
A little about me outside of real estate. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast. My husband and I have completed 5 Tough Mudders, the Spartan Beast, 2 Spartan Supers and have ridden the MS Cape Cod Getaway from Boston to Provincetown for the last 11 years (and counting). I recently completed my 2nd Spartan Beast with two of my three daughters, which was an amazing experience! My husband and I were end-to-enders on The Long Trail, “Just John” and “Eagle Eye”. Probably the most grueling 273 miles ever…but truly amazing. We love to spend as much time as possible with our kids; mountain bike whenever possible; ride our cruiser bikes around town visiting local establishments; ski the East…and the West; hike…..and hang out with our two rescue dogs, Ringo and Ruger.
